This fundraiser has been organised by friends and family to support Luni during an ongoing international custody matter. The information shared reflects Luni’s personal account of her circumstances.

Luni (legal name is Laura) is my sister, and her daughter is my niece. We are very close, She is currently facing an extremely difficult situation in Bali, Indonesia.

Luni has been separated from her three-year-old daughter since the 5th of November 2025 and is now involved in ongoing legal proceedings to restore regular contact and secure her child’s wellbeing. While the custody process is underway, it is moving slowly, and Luni is required to remain in Indonesia to pursue the case and stay close to her daughter.

During this time, Luni is dealing with:

•⁠ ⁠significant legal expenses,

•⁠ ⁠unexpected immigration and administrative costs,

•⁠ ⁠and basic living expenses while she focuses entirely on her child and the court process.

This situation has placed a heavy financial burden on her at a moment when stability is crucial — both for her and for her daughter.

We are setting up this fundraiser so that friends, family, and supporters who have asked how they can help now have a safe and practical way to do so.

How the Funds Will Be Used

All funds raised will be used exclusively for:

•⁠ ⁠Court, documentation, and administrative costs

•⁠ ⁠Essential living expenses during the legal process

•⁠ ⁠Child-related costs and care

•⁠ ⁠Travel and embassy-related expenses connected to the case

This fundraiser is not connected to any business activity or employment. It exists solely to support a mother and child during an ongoing legal process.
