There are four major, outrageous "Signature Festival / Events" staged annually each year which are not only well-known throughout the US & Canada, but also recognized around the world. The four are 'Destination Events' you might want to keep close to the top on your 'Bucket List'.
Those four 'Events' are:
BURNING MAN, in the Nevada desert (Black Rock City), the SOUTH BY SOUTHWEST (SXSW) festival in Texas (Austin), COACHELLA, in California (LA) and LOLLAPALOOZA in Illinois (Chicago).
That's two WEST COAST events, one in the SOUTHWEST and one in the MIDWEST. Four major, great, outrageous Music Festivals — and genuine "events", in the purest, truest sense of the word !
That said, we think it's time to stage a major, equally great, outrageous, outdoor "Signature Festival / Event" annually in the SOUTHEAST, ideally in, or close to, Atlanta.
And, THAT is exactly what we have in mind.
We've been developing the theme, the premise & the program for more than seven months. We call the event we've been developing the "ZOMBIE JAMBOREE" . And, we need your help to make this "Event" happen.
With that in mind, we envision the "Zombie Jamboree" happening over two successive three-day weekends in the Spring — beginning, ideally, in 2027 — when it's time to dust off the chill of Winter, say hello to the Sun & welcome the embrace of a 'Cultural Celebration' of sorts, including Music, Entertainment, Games & Showcase Events.
Events featuring things such as "Zombie Jazz" (original compositions & performances), "Zombie Couture" (a showcase featuring original designs for "Zombies & Zombie Couples planning a night out on the town !"), the "Zombie Shuffle" (featuring original choreographed dance-group routines, with audience participation), "The Zombie Games" (physical, intellectual & 'mind' games), "Ghoulish Golf" (played at night, in the dark, with Day-Glo clubs & balls and 'Black Lights' providing enough 'electricity' to fill the sky), "Ghoulish Volleyball" (also played at night, with Day-Glo balls, nets & court lines & 'Black Lights' sparking the play), "The Zombie Zen Den" (for some quiet meditation, reinforcing the premise that 'Zombies Are People, Too !'), "The Zombie Jamboree Lounge" (featuring stand-up comedy, original performances & other assorted 'treats') and "Zamping / Camping" — if you dare !
WE NEED YOUR HELP — WITH 'SEED MONEY' !
The first "ZOMBIE JAMBOREE" will make history. But, that's just the beginning. We do need your help to make this new "Signature Festival / Event" happen — with 'Seed Money'.
'Seed Money' is critical in this early stage, while we continue to develop & expand the program, visit sites (including wooded areas & meadows) to look for the proper potential venue and — the most critical part — to look for Venture Capital / Equity participation to underwrite the cost of planning, staging & 'building' the annual event.
Your 'seed money' now is the cornerstone for creating & staging a historic "Signature Festival / Event" in the Southeast... an 'event' to set the tone for decades to come.
Edgy Men & Women, Primarily, in Their 20's & 30's
We believe the ideal audience for the "ZOMBIE JAMBOREE" will be, primarily, Edgy Men & Women in their 20's & 30's. Of course, Older & Younger Generations will add to the potential Audience.
For the record, there are 32 Million people in their 20's & 30's — 32 Million ! — in just the 16 States on the East Coast alon, all within driving distance.
Of course, Atlanta & that centralized area is also served by rail, luxury bus service and, of course, air. We can't forget other States immediately to the west, and the rest of the country on the other side of the Mississippi River, and Canada, too.

Just 1% of that 32 million is 320,000 people. We don't expect all 320,000 people to come to the first "ZOMBIE JAMBOREE" , but we do believe there are at least 40... 50... 60,000 Edgy Men & Women who will accept our invitation to join us the first year... to...

(Pun definitely intended. That may also explain why we think a combination woods & meadow site will be a good choice. Especially since we expect to offer space for Camping, Motorhomes & RV's.)
To explain the two overlapping definitions, while we are focused on creating a dynamic foundation for a major, annual ZOMBIE JAMBOREE festival event — capping each evening with a Mosh Pit like RAVE , which we're calling "ZOMBIE TOO... NIGHT !" — we also envision smaller, local Zombie Jamborees, staged in conjunction with Not-for-Profit Organizations and Radio / TV station 'partners', to serve as 'feeder events' where we can begin to identify local talent worthy of being showcased at the national event.
The International Society of Zombies
La Société Internationale des Zombies.
In addition to creating the major & local Zombie Jamboree(s), we're also working on organizing the International Society of Zombies and its sister organization, La Société Internationale des Zombies. We see those Societies as a place where kindred spirits can hang out, chill, explore Zombie lore and enjoy the misty, steamy environment surrounding them. Of course, seed money will help us develop those Societies,
