For as long as my husband and I can remember, we've dreamed of becoming parents. Our journey has been filled with hope, resilience, and love, but it hasn’t looked the way we imagined. After years of infertility, fertility treatments, and heartbreak, we made the difficult decision to close that chapter and open our hearts to adoption. While it wasn’t easy, this choice brought us incredible peace. We realized that our dream has never been about how our child joins our family—it’s always been about becoming parents and sharing our lives with a child.

We’ve been together for over 13 years, building a life centered around kindness, laughter, and unwavering support for each other. We can’t wait to share family traditions, bedtime stories, adventures with our dog Chloe, and all the everyday moments that make a family. As part of this journey, I’m secretly trying to help fund our adoption before surprising my husband and our families. I’ll be sharing hypermobility challenge videos along the way, hoping each one helps bring us one step closer to our dream. Adoption is an incredible gift, but it’s also incredibly expensive. While we’ve been saving for this journey, the costs are more than we can manage alone.
