Disable Mark Munoz is 24 years old. He currently lives with his grandparents Rose and Raul. Mark lost his mom in 2008 unexpectedly. Mark was born with special needs, Cerebral Palsy and Heart problems specifically. Mark is unable to walk or talk and cannot take care of himself. Rose Munoz his grandmother is his primary caretaker. Mark needs 100% daily care and medical care goes to the doctors due to his conditions. Mark is mobilized in a wheelchair. Rose has a used 2007 Dodge Accessible van which requires daily repairs to ensure it safe to support Mark daily need, purchased about 6 years both Raul and Rose are senior seniors, Raul cannot work due to his medical disability.   My name is Xavier Monroy, brother to Rose Munoz.  As disable veteran in need of lots of medical care currently living with my sister and brother in-law temporary since April 2021.  I've been coordinating and treated by Veteran Administration, Northport NY providing me outstanding, great medical support, additionally, trying to get help with various community care support programs and communicate with various Mobility Accessible Van companies throughout the USA for capabilities and cost estimate for a used or new wheelchair Accessible van. They're costly Accessible vans but worth due to safe operations they provide to transport Mark in a wheelchair to his daily medical needs and daily life support, this is a critical item for which our family are not capable to purchased a used or new one due to medical disabilities, financial issues on a fixed income within our household
