Aid for Honduras through FUNADEH

The National Foundation for the Development of Honduras (FUNADEH), is a non-profit organization operating in Honduras for over 37 years with active presence in highly vulnerable communities throughout the country.
Our Foundation implements various programs with funds from several donors, such as: USAID, Catholic Relief Services (US Dept. Of Labor), Citi Foundation, Price Philanthropies, to name a few, as well as from the Honduran Central Government and local municipalities. We also operate with donations from over 30 organizations from the private sector in Honduras. Our areas of operation are: violence prevention, youth empowerment, migration, education, entrepreneurship, equality, to name a few.

The way we provide for our communities has been severely impacted by the threat of COVID 19 and Hurricane ETA, leaving those most vulnerable in dire need of humanitarian relief. The funds we hope to raise will allow us to efficiently provide health and sanitary products, along with the basic food (nutritional) necessities. The funds raised will be used, in their totality (100%), to benefit those less fortunate individuals, currently in the thousands´.
