Hector communicate and move independently

Hi, I’m ACC Jay and I would like to introduce you to an amazing little boy called Hector.

Hector is such a wonderful little boy, he has just turned 6 years old, he is so smiley, he loves to watch people run, he loves to feel the wind and bouncing.

Hector is a family friend, but unfortunately Hector has had and still has lots of battles ahead of him, but he has the most amazing family and friends around him. I can’t do a lot to help, but it would be amazing if we could help Hector communicate with the help from a special tablet, and possibly any to move independently with the help of an electric wheelchair.

it really is so hard for parents of special needs children, most of the equipment they need to live a more independent life is a massive battle and is so expensive to buy. We all take for granted hearing children talk and seeing the walk around, but unfortunately this is not always the case, some children can’t talk and can’t walk.

Hectors main diagnosis are:

Brain Damage

Cerebral palsy

Non verbal

Global development delay

Sensorineural hearing loss

Sensory issues

Mobility and learning disabilities

Hector is also a Crainosynostosis warrior, he had major surgery on his skull at the age of 16 months old.

Any help really would be amazing, and if we manage to get him this device and electric wheelchair it would make a huge difference to Hector and his family
