Help Gabbie and Leanna Start Fresh

My beautiful daughter has been raising my sweet granddaughter by herself for the last eight months. I am starting this gofundme to help her with living expenses, necessary medical expenses for her and Leanna and to pay off debt that has accrued throughout her divorce. No child support has been paid and he left their home state to avoid any financial responsibility and left their family car months behind in the payments. My daughter works part time at night so she can be a full time mom and gives every ounce of her energy to ensuring my granddaughter is always learning, growing and creating special memories. It breaks my heart to watch her unable to make ends meet month after month with zero help from her ex husband who refuses to even try to negotiate a fair arrangement. Custody was awarded to my daughter due to personal problems her ex is struggling with so she is 100% responsible for a toddler with a part time salary and no child support or even health insurance. I pray every day for her to receive the assistance she needs and for the financial burden to be lifted so she can focus on being the amazing mother she is. The strength, courage and fortitude she has shown in the last eight months has proven to me the absolute power of a mother’s love. Leanna (my granddaughter) touches the lives of every single person she meets and I know she will have a wonderful and wildly successful life because my daughter had the courage the take her out of a toxic environment and start over with literally nothing but the clothes on their backs. I want to see my girls comfortable, safe, healthy and receiving much needed medical care they have not had the money for. They deserve to have a chance at creating a beautiful new life with a happy ending. Anything will help. We thank you so much.
