The residents of Fusion block are facing an extremely challenging situation.

Many of us have been stuck in homes we can’t sell, paying over £7,000 a year in service charges for two-bedroom flats—despite the building being in a shocking state of disrepair. There are no facilities such as concierge, post room, or gym, yet we’re still being charged premium rates. Now, the property management company has proposed a five-year plan that could add an average of £25,000p/p on top of these already unaffordable costs.

Due to gross mismanagement, we are living in filthy, neglected conditions whilst being charged excessive fees. We’ve attempted to take control through the Right to Manage (RTM) process, but the current management company is fiercely resisting—clinging to a lucrative arrangement at our expense. Despite repeated appeals and the involvement of local representatives, they continue to ignore their moral and social responsibilities.

With no meaningful government regulation to protect leaseholders, we’ve decided to stand up and fight back. To move forward, we must take our case to the Tribunal—and we urgently need your help to cover the legal costs.
