Help Andrew Glasser's Victim

Donation protected
On October 16, 2017 Andrew Glasser sexually assaulted his 11 week old daughter which resulted in what the police called "serious bodily injury".  After 2 and half years he later pled an Alford plea . Andrew's charges in total are 1 count of Gross Sexual Imposition, 1  count of physical abuse, both in regards to his daughter, ten counts of child pornography, one charge of tampering with evidence and 3 counts of forgery. Andrew was initially sentenced to 4 years but it was later changed to 16 years as a result of his forgery charges.

This family has gone through so much trying to get justice for the victim and there is one more battle to fight. Andrew still retains his parental rights over the victim. Under Constitutional law, upon his release, he will be able to file for parenting time with either/both children. The victim's mother has filed to terminate his rights and change the children's names so they will no longer have any connection to the abuser.  Andrew is fighting this and the trial date has been set for March 18. Andrew has been given a court appointed attorney to help him fight this while the mother must pay out of pocket.

Throughout the entire ordeal, the state has consistently protected the rights of the abuser instead of the victim.($100,000 bail which he met, monitoring was discontinued after a year, allowed around minors, initial 4 year jail sentence) Sexual Assault of a child should warrant a state action to terminate rights, but it has not so the mother needs to do it. Mother does not trust the state to keep her children safe. The mother is asking for financial help to cover attorney fees. She has already paid about $2,500 for this action and the bills will continue. We are setting a goal of $5,000 to alleviate financial stress of this legal action. Any excess funds will be donated to Prevent Child Abuse North Dakota.

The mother wants to keep the children happy, healthy, and safe. Interactions with their dad will not allow this to continue. If Andrew petitions and wins custodial time in the future, the victim is likely to suffer mental trauma from being around her abuser. She was little enough where she does not remember the incident and the mother wants to keep it this way.

Please consider donating, even $5-the cost of a cup of coffee to help this little girl. If you don't have $5 please consider sharing and praying.

Thank you very much!

**The cover photo is a picture of the victim as an infant. To protect her privacy details are vague, but she has changed quite a bit in appearance**
