Halley Lethra Hy’s Funeral Fund

Hi, my name is Damaris and I am trying to raise money for my best friend of 20 years Halley Hy.

Hal was admitted to the icu on December 3rd with RSV and ended up getting sicker and diagnosed with pneumonia as well. Hal also lives with a heart condition called hypoplastic left heart syndrome, so on December 8th a decision was made by her medical staff to transport her to Strong Memorial where the medical staff is more equipped to monitor her with her heart problem. She is continuing to struggle and is now intubated and sedated and we do not know how long she will be here for.

A couple weeks before she got sick she actually moved into her first apartment on her very own and she is so excited and happy, and I'm so proud of her, she had been saving for this. That being said she obviously isn't working and probably won't be able to work for a while when she gets out of here. She would be absolutely crushed if she couldn't keep her apartment and I don't want her to stress or worry about it. I can't help her medically but I hope we can help her with this so she can just focus on getting better.
