Grant Park Neighbors Helping Neighbors

Grant Park has several senior neighbors needing tree maintenance on their property required for large repairs to be done on their homes.  Each of these neighbors has been in the neighborhood over 30 years, and now in their twilight years and they desperately need our help.

HouseProud Atlanta  has approved 2 needing neighbors to replace the roofs, soffit, and fascia on these homes at no charge to the owners. We are lucky to have them as partners on this endeavor and we look forward to working with them to completion.

HouseProud requires the recipients to have insurance on their homes for the organization to do the work.  Both homeowners approved for these generous grants have had their insurance canceled due to these tree limbs hanging over their homes and posing a danger to the property.  We have arranged with a local contractor to remove all the necessary trees, limbs, and debris at their cost; to make their homes safe again so that HouseProud can proceed.  We need to raise around $4,800.00 to help cover the costs of removing these Trees and Limbs.
