BLESSING BLAKE WRIGHT - HELPING IN A HARD TIME
Donation protected
Greetings. First, before I start let me just say that I do not do this type of thing unless I feel very, very strong about something. I know everyone works hard for every penny you make. However, sometimes someone just needs a little help and that is why I am personally asking for any help to assist my Step-son Blake.
Blake, who himself has mild Autism, has worked hard his entire life and continues to do so. Recently Blake was diagnosed with Bell's Palsey which took him out of work for quite a while. After returning to work, he had an unfortunate accident which took him out of work again and required surgery on his knee. Unfortunately, with the time he was out with Bell's Palsey and with the knee injury, he used up all of his vacation, sick and FMLA Leave. His job was filled once FMLA had expired. Because he still required medical treatment, once he was finally medically released, he had no job to go back to and no insurance. He was on Workers Comp but once he was released from the doctor, workers comp stopped. He continues to apply for jobs as we speak and he is out collecting scrap metal to help pay the child support for his 3 boys, 1 of which also has Autism. Blake, even with his disabilities continues to do what is necessary to pay his child support for those 3 and will do without the shirt on his back to make sure they are cared for.
During the time he was out, he was not able to pay his house payment and other utilities because he was making sure the kids were taken care of. Unfortunately but fortunately they have given him until next Friday to come up with the past due amounts to catch up. His mother and I have exhausted all of our means and can't do anymore so that is why I am asking for your assistance.
I have done a lot of things for my friends and have never asked for anything in return....however, because I know Blake is not a slacker, does not live off of the government, is not a dead beat dad and is doing all he can to get another job while still picking up any odd work he can, I am now asking only for your help.
We have 7 days to come up with the funds or he will lose the only thing he has left, his home. He has only 32 payments left and its his and I would hate to see it taken away. He has been selling all of his belongings to try and get money to pay. He does not have any of the luxuries, like a $1000 cell phone, cable, satellite, eating out, etc. He does not drink, smoke, do drugs, etc. He is a plain and simple man that due to circumstances beyond his control, has fallen on hard times.
So if there is possibly anyway that you can help....if not for Blake, then do it for me. Any amount will help, and yes, even if you can't help but you need help in the future I will still be there for you.
Also, if you do not want to use PayPal, if you are in the Warner Robins I can meet you or my address is 130 Millcreek Way, Warner Robin's, GA 31088.
Finally if you have any scrap metal you need gone, PM me and I will send him your way!
Thank you and God Bless.
