Hello, my name is Lizzie, I am reaching out to the public for some assistance with attaining a Service Dog. So my doctors advise that I need one especially when I go out in public. I suffer with Depression, Anxiety Disorder, Chronic Pain Disorder. Sleep Apnea, and Physcological Disorder. It’s hard to go out and so they explained that the service animal’s will help me to get back to myself. It will help let me know when something is wrong with me. Well ai need help getting the paperwork for the Service Animal. I would need to register the dog, get the chip placed in and get the food and other items to mae my dog feel welcomed in my home. Is there any way any one can be of help to me in getting this process done?
