Hi, my name is Bauke van Beeck, a 31-year-old from the Netherlands. I've recently come into contact with Funa Marthias Brian, a compassionate and selfless man who founded Brian Orphanage Centre in Kapyanga village, Bugiri District, Uganda.

Funa and his small team care for over 100 vulnerable children — many of whom are orphans, abandoned, or living with disabilities. These kids have endured extreme poverty, trauma, and hardship. But at Brian Orphanage Centre, they’ve found hope, love, and a place to call home.

Despite their incredible efforts, the orphanage is struggling to meet even the most basic needs:

• Medical care and emergency treatment

• School fees and learning materials
