We would love you to help us help our friend Nat get home. She has been in an adult hospital for many years in a shared ward and because she is such a special and unique case Nat needs continues support to get out of the hospital and in her home with her family. Nat is an inspiration to everyone she meets and her courage and strength has inspired us to help improve her quality of life.
