The Invisible Intrusions (2022–2024)

My ordeal began long before the headlines. For two years, I endured a series of unforced entries and thefts within my home. I did exactly what a citizen is supposed to do: I contacted the police. Officers visited my residence, took reports, and documented the losses, but ultimately told me there was "nothing they could do." Their professional advice? "Install a camera.

I followed their advice to the letter, changed the locks, twice!

The Escalation

The situation turned from unsettling to terrifying. I returned home one day to find my residence breached again—with no sign of forced entry—but this time, the camera I had installed for protection had been ripped from the wall. The recording device was rendered entirely inaccessible.

Then came September 2024. I caught an intruder red-handed during a break-and-entry. I called police immediately, but the police failed to even make it past my building’s lobby door. The suspects remained at large, despite being caught in the act and zero follow up.

The "Season of Gaslighting"

Instead of receiving the protection I sought, I became the subject of a coordinated smear campaign. My own research, backed by Freedom of Information (FOI) requests, revealed a chilling reality: allegations against me were being backdated to precede my calls for help. This was a "mental health" narrative designed to silence a man who had too much documentation.

May 4, 2025: The Raid and the "Kicker" ➡️ Search W(TF)arrent Voicemail

The systemic failure reached a breaking point on May 4th, 2025. While I was cooperating with authorities, police executed a search warrant on my home and seized my computers—the very tools I use to run The Password Clinic, a no-charge service helping the most vulnerable in our community. I have always been in service to others, a life in and out of the board room!

The justification for this seizure? An allegation that I had distributed "nudes" of the intruder I had reported. Issued by Justice of the Peace, Bentley Springer, Sun Shine List Member and family friend. (One needs no glasses when it comes to these optics!)

Quite frankly, as a gay man, the police’s focused interest in my "digital assets" under these specific pretenses suggests a perplexing misunderstanding of my proclivities , to say the least!

I am a man of data and documentation. I have spent the last six months organizing an exhaustive timeline and FOI responses to expose how local law enforcement can be manipulated by those with institutional influence to target the very person they were meant to protect.
