Over 1,000 children from local families have already registered with the Lowell Department of Child and Families that they will not be able to give their children a Christmas this year. This statistic is from November 1st and they expect it could triple. No child should wake up Christmas morning and think Santa forgot them. As 2020 has brought challenges for all of us uniquely, lets dig in and make a difference for these children this year and spread some cheer for local families ... something we can all feel good about.
