Let's Stock St. John's Freo Larder 2025

In the centre of Freo (Walyalup Koort) is the beautiful heritage building, St. John's Anglican Church. Among others, this church has two beautiful requests to community: feed the hungry and give drink to the thirsty.

To meet this calling we have a larder, which is usually filled with all sorts of long-life food and drink. When the church doors are open, whomever pleases can come and ask for something to take with them. A member of the parish will give them a bag, open the larder, and let them take as much as they need

Now the larder is almost empty. The number of people who could use the help seems to be increasing. A new fundraiser is in order.

We intend to stock the larder with healthy food and other essentials, with a focus on items that can be enjoyed without requiring a kitchen.
