IRS TAKING HOUSE FROM LANDLORD I AM CURRENTLY IN

Hi my name is Angie, I am  now a single mom of 2 children, living in a home that has cost thousands in repairs due to the home owners not fixing things that were dangerous to the safety of the home.  We now have a limited time that we can be here and homeowners are refusing to pay back the money that was spent to make repairs necesary for the home to be safe for myself and the children. I also now have to move, and have managed to save enough back for the moving truck but do not have the funds for downpayments and fees included in a move, to another state.  I have not yet been able to find work, and am living and taking care of the children and myself strictly off of child support.  At this point I am now a month and half from needing to move, and stuck with the debt from needing to make this home safe for us.  The amounts have added up and without the money being given back for the cost to take care of our current residence it has put me in a dangerous position financialy and i desperatly need help.  I do not expect for the amount listed to be met as it is quite a bit but any help would be greatly appreciated, and would first be used to get me and my children to a safer, more stable place to live.  Thank you very much for any help you can send.
