 Our Vision for a Safe Haven
 As the founder of Face My Abuse, I know firsthand the devastating impact of domestic violence. After enduring a 10-year relationship with my abuser, I reached a breaking point. In 2008, driven by a determination to make a difference, I founded Face My Abuse when few others were addressing this pervasive issue.

 Now, I am raising funds to purchase a building that will serve as a sanctuary for women who have survived domestic violence—a place where they can find peace, healing, and the support they need to start anew. This sanctuary will be more than just a building; it will be an oasis, a refuge where women can come to rejuvenate, reclaim their lives, and move forward with hope and dignity. While the location may be in North Carolina, this mission is urgent and essential. We need to raise the capital to make this sanctuary a reality.
