Sri Lanka is currently facing a devastating humanitarian crisis.

A powerful cyclone has caused severe flooding, destroyed homes, and cut off entire villages from basic supplies. Families have lost everything — their houses, clothes, food, and access to clean drinking water.

Many people, including children and elderly, are stranded and struggling to survive.

Our local partner, Dr. Mahesh from the Little Dreams Sri Lanka Foundation, is already preparing an emergency response. The plan is to deploy 10 motorboats to reach the most affected and isolated areas and bring life-saving relief packages including:

Food and clean drinking water

Dry rations and hygiene products

Basic clothing and emergency supplies

Support for families who lost their homes

Due to the urgency of this disaster, all donations originally collected for our Christmas project will now be redirected to this emergency mission to save lives and support families in immediate need.
