Please help Elizabeth Williams, 76 years old, raise funds to reverse forclosure on her rural home. Elizabeth owns her home outright, and has lived there since 1975. Only 1 year ago, she was finally able to legally transfer the title into her name, but inherited $10,000 worth of delinquent property taxes. She has attempted on her own to make payments, but lives on a fixed income and will not even be able to get out from under the penalty fees by the forclosure date, which is in early August.
Please help this kind and generous retired woman live out her life with dignity in her home. It would be a real shame for her to lose her home over property taxes that were unpaid by the previous owners!
