Hi,my name is Anne Stewart .

I have been teaching Yoga in County Louth for 20 years.

Since 2017 I have done a yoga practice for these two local charities on International yoga day June 21st

We are raising funds for Women’s aid who help and support vulnerable women and children in the Dundalk area .

And The Dundalk Simon who provide vital shelter, housing, and support for individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness

The funds raised will help provide practical support, essential services, and assistance to those who need it most in our local community.
