Hi friends, my name is Jenna, and I’m organizing this fundraiser for my best friend, Janie Hernandez.

Janie is a loving mother of four boys, and one of the strongest women I’ve ever known. She’s walking a beautiful journey of recovery — rebuilding her life through faith, grace, and perseverance. Today, she’s studying to become a Substance Abuse Counselor so she can help others find healing and hope, just as she has.

Her husband, Teddy, works full-time to keep their family afloat, but lately, life has been full of unexpected challenges. Their family vehicle — the one Janie depends on to get to school, work, and care for her kids — has been breaking down again and again. Each repair costs more than they can afford, and no matter how hard they try, they just can’t seem to catch up.

Still, Janie keeps showing up with a smile and an unshakable faith that God will provide. She pours her heart into helping others, rarely asking for anything in return. But right now, she needs our help — and our prayers.

This isn’t about luxury. It’s about stability, peace, and the ability to keep moving forward in faith. A working car would mean so much — it would allow Janie to continue her studies, get to work, and provide for her family without the constant fear of another breakdown.
