Support the CHWF 2025 Jamaica Health Mission

This August, the Caribbean Health & Wellness Foundation (CHWF) team is going back to Jamaica for our second international “One Love, One Health” community health mission — and we need your support.

Too many families in underserved Jamaican communities lack access to basic preventive care. That’s where CHWF steps in — with compassion, clinical expertise, and a heart for service. On August 16 and August 17, 2025, we’ll bring FREE health screenings, wellness education, and volunteer-led care to hundreds of individuals in the St. Catherine parish at the Bermaddy Primary School, providing critical services like blood pressure checks, glucose monitoring, cholesterol screenings, and health consultations — all at no cost to the community.

But we can’t do it alone.

Your donation will directly support:

    •    Medical supplies and equipment

    •    Essentials and logistics for our volunteer team

    •    Health education materials and wellness kits

    •    School supplies for children (ages 5-12 years)

    •    Community outreach and event operations

This mission is more than a medical trip — it’s a movement of love, dignity, and equity. Every dollar helps us reach more people, save more lives, and show up where healthcare is needed most.
