Hello, my name is Mya G. Johnson, and I am honored to be a Debutante in the 2025 Cultured Pearls Debutante Cotillion, sponsored by Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Xi Upsilon Omega Chapter.

I am a passionate and loyal young woman, committed to my family, friends, faith, academics, and serving my community with dedication. I find joy and purpose in crafting, entrepreneurship, dance, makeup, skincare, and exploring new places through travel. Recently, my spiritual journey has ignited a renewed fire within me, inspiring me to grow deeper in faith and purpose.

At North Stafford High School, I proudly maintain a GPA of 3.6, taking full responsibility to excel academically while pouring my energy into volleyball. My efforts have been recognized through numerous awards—honor roll, the Mayor’s Award, and recognition from the National Society of High School Scholars —testaments to my commitment and resilience.

This summer, I am wholeheartedly dedicated to preparing for my senior year, participating in Debutante workshops, and actively giving back to my community with passion and purpose.

My goal is to raise funds to support my college education and that of students in my community. This scholarship will enable me to continue a proud family legacy of service—both of my parents are retired Air Force veterans, and my grandparents have served as military members, educators, and police officers.

I’m asking for your support as I embark on this incredible journey to become Miss Debutante 2025. This is more than just a title - it's a dream that I hold dearly, that could open doors to my future and empower me to pursue my education. Every contribution, no matter the size, is a vital step toward making this dream a reality.
