Cully and Dan Palestine Marathon

On the 23rd of March Cully and Dan Dowling set off to run a marathon in Palestine.
Their purpose is to raise awareness of the on going human rights abuses being perpetrated in Palestine and to raise much needed funds to aid those displaced from the occupation whose sole purpose is to build Israeli settlements on Palestinian land.
The money raised will not be used by both runners to aid the funding of their trip to Palestine in any way.
We have proud tradition of support for the Palestinian people here in Ireland. Apartheid is never right anywhere and we must show our objection to this blatant Apartheid system. Money raised will go to Defence International Palestine.
DCI-Palestine documents, exposes and defends children against all forms of violence, whether physical or psychological. This is a comprehensive approach focusing on monitoring, advocacy, awareness-raising and legal services, the combined impact of which is to expose and mitigate the ongoing violence against children in the Palestinine.
