Serving the Commerce, TX Community
The Commerce Community Action Program is pleased to announce the Impact and Recovery Initiative. This program is focused on helping families during this time of crises once given legal authority and permission to return to work.
This is done in the following way(s):
1. Helping on a limited basis with child care expenses so that a parent or parents can find work.
2. Providing workshops for resume writing and strengthening interviewing skills to successfully enter the work force.
3. Paying for “next to new” clothes for parents as needed to go back to work.
4. Paying for incidentals such as: cellphones, hygiene, gas to go to and from work, haircuts and other items not listed.
5. Handyman services for the elderly such as carpentry, mowing of yards, painting, etc.
To make this happen C-CAP needs your financial support. There is a cap of $150 per family with this initiative.
Please fund our “Go Fund Me” account today!!
Thanks for your cooperation!
