On Sunday 10th October, a team from Peak Fitness in Carrickmacross is going to take on a tough but hopefully fun challenge in aid of some local charities.

First up is a climb of Slieve Donard, not only the the highest peak in the Mourne Mountains but also the highest peak in Ulster! At a height of 850m, this won't be an easy one but this team is not afraid of hard work! When your trainer is a World Champion Boxer, you definitely get used to consistently pushing your efforts .

To complete the challenge, we will dip our toes (and the rest of us) in the little lake that is the Irish Sea in Newcastle .
