We're raising money to install the #ClimateClock in every major city in the world. Here's why:

Scientists have given us a deadline: 8.1 years of carbon emissions at the current burn rate before we warm the planet beyond a 1.5°C increase, setting in motion catastrophic effects.

If by then we do not transition off of fossil fuels and to a just and sustainable economy, our planet will cross over the reddest of red lines into a profoundly dangerous and uncertain future full of suffering. 

Our planet has a deadline, but we can make it a lifeline. If we act now.

To focus the world’s eyes on this urgency, a team of climate scientists, artists, educators and activists launched ClimateClock.world.
