Many of you have heard Chris' story. I met Chris four years ago when he had already started losing weight from over 515lbs to 371lbs. Through hard work and a refined diet, Chris has Naturally lost more weight. Going into his skin removal surgery, he is now weighing 195lbs! After surgery, he could be under 185lbs!!

He is a motivating force at his Company. Chris has transformed his body from Morbidly obese to one of the most fit people in his Company. He is now running four-five miles at a time at an 8:30 pace as well as golfing and taking boot camp classes three times per week.
