Hi, my father Trent Cason was diagnosed with ALS the same year he retired as a clinical psychologist. After dedicating his life to caring for those in need, now he needs help.

Over this past year, his body has slowly failed and he is now completely bed-ridden and dependent upon care from others.

To provide the care he needs, my mother Claudia, must go on an unpaid leave of absence from work for the foreseeable future.

While Hospice has provided many of the resources he needs for his medical care, they will struggle to maintain their home care and living expenses.

They live in a rural, isolated area in South Carolina, making it difficult for conventional charities and organizations to provide aid.

My father won’t get to enjoy his golden years but with your help, my mother can spend his last months focusing on easing his suffering instead of stressing over finances.
