Caleb Bostick is a 28 year old man born and raised in Mechanicsburg, Ohio. He is the father of three girls, ages 12, 11, and 10, and 2 boys, ages 7 and 3. After being in pain for months, Caleb was diagnosed with Testicular Cancer in February of this year. The doctors performed his first surgery in March. The surgery went well. However shortly after, the doctors told Caleb the cancer had spread to his lymph nodes, and chemotherapy was needed. In April, Caleb began chemo 5 days a week for 3 to 4 hours at a time. About the second week, Caleb’s hair started falling out. His treatment lasted for 9 weeks and ended the last week of June! More recently, on August 8th, Caleb had to undergo a major 5 hour surgery which removed all the lymph nodes in his stomach area and cleaned away some of the damage from the chemo. As you can imagine, since Caleb is a Father of 5, 3 girls and 2 boys, this has been very difficult on Caleb, the kids, as well as his fiancé.
