"Dear Members of the Board,

Good Afternoon!

I am pleased by your thoughtfulness and generosity in offering to meet the dire need of the children during these terrible times in India. In response to our meeting I contacted our trusted volunteers and found out the current situation underlying our families in their location. They gave their report that it would be a great help to the families to provide groceries sufficient for 2 weeks as the state is running towards partial lockdown from tomorrow and 90% of these families are not going to have their daily labor wages in the coming days. It would be ideal for us to provide the families with some essential groceries and some precautionary medication at the moment. As the strain is going to reach its peak in the coming days we felt it would be better to keep some medical emergency kits ready with us at our office which might save a few of our families who might have to undergo critical care. Concerning this I have also provided the emergency medical requirements. In case our families would need this assistance we would be ready to give them. We could save some lives keeping the equipment and medications ready for any sort of emergency.

Concerning the above requirements, I have prepared a summary of expense and itemized the price of expense in the document provided in the attachment. I hope it will serve the purpose.
