Hi,

In 2014, a group of Country Meadows neighbors cleaned up the entrance to our neighborhood (the Country Meadows Sign) and brought it back to life after years of neglect.

In 2015, Glenn and Mike moved into Country Meadows (on the corner with the Community Sign in our front yard), and have been maintaining the sign with the help from a few neighbors and financial assistance from many toward upkeep of the Sign via Go FundMe (s) like this one.  

In 2025, (10 years later), we are on our 3rd GoFundMe campaign to raise funds to keep our Community Sign looking as good as ever.

Funds raised since 2022 have been used toward mulching, flowers, concrete/mortar repair, and plant replacement where necessary. Our balance from the 2022 GoFundMe is down to $198.00.

There are about 60 homes in Country Meadows. If each household donated ~$30, our sign maintenance fund would grow to a healthy $1800, allowing for the continued maintenance of the Sign for several years.

All proceeds raised from this GoFundMe will be used exclusively, as always, for expenses related to the maintenance of the sign and the landscaping surrounding it. The GoFundMe platform has worked well as a means to collect and deposit donations making it transparent of how much money is collected. If anyone is interested, details of how the funds collected are spent are maintained.

We ask that donations be made via the GoFundMe platform. The GoFundMe platform helps maintain a record of the donations received and makes it transparent to all.
