My Name is Georges Mitelberg. I am trying to complete my eagle scout project by removing parts of a wall and soundproofing the music room and in the center for learning unlimited, which is a private school that serves children with special needs. This will benefit the school because it will expand the music program at the school, but it will also make the school a lot quieter.
