CLU sound proofing and expansion

My Name is Georges Mitelberg. I am trying to complete my eagle scout project by removing parts of a wall and soundproofing the music room and in the center for learning unlimited, which is a private school that serves children with special needs. This will benefit the school because it will expand the music program at the school, but it will also make the school a lot quieter. This project means a lot to me because my brother goes to this school, so any help is greatly appreciated. I need at least 6,000 dollars for the sound proofing by the 1st week of September.
