Citizens Against Fountain Point, LLC (CAFP, LLC) was created to advocate for the responsible placement of industrial solar and the denial of an operating permit for Fountain Point, LLC.

This is more than one activity, it is for those who believe a fair and just process needs to part of the rule of law. Voting for representatives who have a bias in part of financial gain does not represent the majority of Bokescreek Township. Appointed officials from Ohio Power Siting Board who reference those representatives as a source for why there is a favor for a project, then becomes suspicious and the goal for a non-biased system, becomes unclear.

CAFP, LLC is a for profit business at this time. We are working to convert to a non-profit business.

Funds are being raised to pay for legal expenses. The larger corporations support industrial solar, large in part from tax dollars provided by the US Government. Without your tax dollars and representatives approving the use of these funds, industrial solar would not have a profitable return.

Funds raised in excess of legal expenses will be donated to projects where support for agriculture is the priority.
