Dear Bristol Tower Residents,

The Holiday Season has arrived once again! As we do each year, we are organizing a Holiday Fund collection to show our appreciation for the incredible Bristol Tower Condominium employees who work diligently in Administration, Maintenance, Security, Housekeeping, Valet and Cafe.

Last year, in 2024, our residents generously contributed over $50,000 to the Holiday Fund. This tremendous effort highlighted the sense of community and gratitude we share, and we hope to surpass that record this year.

Our condominium has been undergoing significant construction and renovation projects, which have brought unique challenges for everyone, especially our dedicated staff. Despite these demands, the employees have worked tirelessly to maintain the safety, comfort, and well-being of all residents, always doing so with a positive attitude.

Now, it is our opportunity to give back to these outstanding individuals who make Bristol Tower such a wonderful place to call home. The Board of Directors will ensure all contributions to the Holiday Fund are fairly and appropriately distributed among our employees.
