Breakfast 815

We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. But did you know that a healthy breakfast can aide in the physical and cognitive development of children? Currently 30% of our clients are children, and most recently 21% of all households are first time pantry users. As we look to the future, we see the need only increasing. GoFundMe BREAKFAST 815 will help us to provide healthy, nutritionally balanced breakfast food items, including milk, to families in our community that find themselves in an unforeseen economic situation.

 The Rock River Valley Pantry has been providing emergency food in the 815 area for over 45 years. We operate two sites, five days a week, all thanks to the generosity of donors, grant funders, and the volunteer’s that give of their time to assist in all areas of the operation.
