Help the Ukrainian Familes & Volunteers on border

We are providing assistance to the Ukrainian Refugees as well as the volunteers that are supporting them.
The war in Ukraine was not expected by the people of Ukraine, they did not know it was coming, they escaped with their lives and are dispersing throughout the world. A handful of them have made it to the Tijuana border and are entering America as refugees. About 2500 a day are in need of near-term assistance.
These familes do not speak the language, and are arriving on foreign soil with little money, and the shirts on their backs. Volunteers are coming from all over the USA to support them with the language and working day and night to assist anyway they can.
The border crossing can be days long, and once they cross they do not have any legal rights in the USA. Its still early and things are changing quickly, but at the moment we are raising money for the following:
- Setting up a small fund so immigration attorneys can assist in converting their visa's to allow them to work.
- Providing aid to the refugees during the waiting times in Tijuana.
- Paying for hotel rooms for the volunteers so they can continue their help.
- Once the refugees cross, paying for hotel rooms between 1 to 3 nights so they can take a shower after many weeks, and just take a breath.
Its still early and things are changing daily, but your donations will go a long way to assist these families and the volunteers.
