Boo gets her dad back

In 2011 my ex-wife left America where we had forged a life and took our 18 month old daughter to England. She never returned.  My ex-wife and I have sparred in court for 5 years. During this time I have won access through the courts but then access is severed and I have to go through the courts again. This is where I am today - facing another expensive and punishing round of legal battles. 

Our daughter was born America in the middle of the Rocky Mountains in 2010.


I was so proud of my (ex)wife and so in love with our daughter. I was a very hands on father, taking our daughter to work with me, changing diapers and being with her every moment I could.


In October 2016 I was investigated by Social services and awarded access on weekends and holidays etc. 


However access has been threatened again and I have to return to court. I have had only two hours with our daughter in the last two months.

I have moved across the world, sold all my possesions, started again from nothing in a new country and fought for 5 years. I just want the chance to be the best dad in the world.

I am financially and emotionally crushed from the persistant fighting. 

I am keeping this page open as a place  you can help, I will only be publucising this amongst friends. Really any sum will be of great assistance, and I hate begging (which is why Ive kept this to myself for so long) but I see no alternative for our daughter. Sorry about the ambiguous nature of the post, its likely to become part of the case...
