The Bay Shore Robotics Team recently competed in the Finger Lakes Regional and became part of the winning alliance with teams 870 and 3015.  This win qualifies them to attend Championships in Detroit in late April 2019.  Now the team is raising money, so that every student that is on the team and has helped build the robot can afford to participate in the trip.  Between transportation, lodging, meals and shipping the robot and its parts, the cost of the trip, to bring 20 people is approximately 18,500 dollars.  Our team is hoping to raise 10,000 of the amount so that we can allow more of our student members to participate that would normal be unable to afford the expense.  Please consider donating to our cause.  Our students greatly appreciate any and all contributions as it will provide them with the means to attend an event that for many of them is a once in a life time oppurtunity.  If you have any questions please reach out to us.
