Hi, I'm Babs!

I live with sight loss and mobility challenges — and I’m taking on a fundraising challenge in my own fabulous way:

I’ll be travelling (with a little help!) from Rhydyfelin to Nantgarw in my wheelchair, raising money for a charity that’s really close to my heart.

We're calling it Babs’ Wheelie Good Singalong because I’ll be making sure we sing the whole way there and back!

The charity we’re supporting is More Than Music Cymru, which brings people together through free music sessions. It’s not just about music it’s about well-being, friendship, and creating a place where everyone belongs. Their work makes such a difference, and I want to help them keep it going.

This challenge means so much to me, and I’d love for you to be part of it

We’ll be dressed in bright colours, fun wigs, and plenty of sparkle because this is a celebration of joy, connection, and community. We’ll take it at a relaxed pace with plenty of breaks, so everyone can join in, however they can.
