Sponsored 10K Run for ‘Children's Bereavement’

Hi guys,

As most of you will be aware, this charity is very close to home, after the loss of my beloved Mum, Debby, on the 22nd of April 2022.

I am raising money for bereavement for children and youth, to help provide support to what will be some of the worst times in their lives.

This charity provides guidance and encouragement on how to live their lives, the way their loved ones would of wanted them to.

I wanted to set myself a challenge with this. Although I run most days, I never usually make it past 3/4K, and that’s on a good day! So doing a 10k flat out in 3 weeks from now is the mission I’m setting to achieve!
