Who am I?
I'm Austin Crowley, a new playwright and the producer of this show!
What is this for?
This to fund the production of my first play, Ascent.
Why is this important to me?
It's my first play! This play has the capability to make an important statement on depression, how we deal with it, how it affects us, and how it affects those closest to us.
How will the money be used?
Every single penny will go towards paying the cast and crew as well as funding the production costs of: props, set pieces, costumes, and promotion.
People deserve to be paid for their work and with your help they will!!
How soon do I need the funding?
Yesterday.
...But realistically before the opening on September 15th, 2016.
How thankful will I be?
I will be grateful for all eternity. I will name a star after each and every donor so that your name may be immortalized in the heavens. I will use a laser to engrave your name onto the moon.
This campaign not only supports this production, but ultimately helps young, emerging artists who will become the foundation for the future of theatre.
