While in our court parenting agreement he said it was important to support their relationship with their mother, their dad is actively alienating me. Left town won't let me speak to the older two children.

Their dad refuses them therapy for healing their traumatic past.
I am recovered from this violence. I wish to reunify with my children, help them through this recovery too.
Dad made an attempt on my life in 2018 and I don't think he lets them talk about it( I am the women he hit over the head with a shovel, he brought a shovel to my home!!) and I fear the children are scared of their father and we need a lawyer to bring peace in our situation.

Above is how we found peace before, he went to jail this time it's up to me to fight him in court July 3rd Nessbit court house.
I’ve been on a road of recovery from this violent person, growing. I am in My Choice Program designed for abused women with children and I am a regularly attender at Unite Church.
These legal fees are about getting my children's all around care needs met after abuse.
I have to get a lawyer, and would love to hire a child investigator as one lawyer suggested.
The last time their dad let me see my kids was Christmas Eve 2024 when the kids joined me just for the church gathering, last day of school for only a min. I was able to give him flowers
Their dad has also refused to let my sister, their aunt, their grandmother or their tribe ( Chief Lee Stephan [phone redacted]) also wants to speak with the teens and can not find or reach them.
I MUST get a lawyer.
As far as my young daughter, the agreement mandated that she be with me all weekends, so I have had consistent relationship with her thankfully. However, I am very concerned about her dad’s parenting method. One of the things she spoke to me when it was time for him to pick her up was “I don’t want to go! I don’t want him to hurt me!”, panicking and running away to hide.
Anchorage Police department could do nothing because there was nothing enforceable.
I need a lawyer to see what evidence I have and make the case for what best supports these kids.
I pray for the healthiest possible parenting, with whatever supports need to be in place. A marathon and a breath.....
Court date is July 3rd; my need for a lawyer is immediate.
