Adele’s Wish - A Whisper of Hope

Adele, a cherished mother, sister, mother-in-law, and much more faced her cancer diagnosis with courage and grace. Despite her battle, she remained resilient and selfless until she passed on September, 2023. In honour of her legacy, Adele's Wish was established to ensure that no one fights cancer alone. With 1 in 2 individuals facing this challenge in their lifetime, our mission is to embody Adele's spirit by providing support and companionship to those on their cancer journey. Through our charity, we strive to bring light into the lives of those recently diagnosed and undergoing treatment. Join us as we carry Adele's legacy forward, offering comfort, compassion, and hope to all who need it.

A note from Adele's beloved son;

Hi we as a family have just lost a very special person(my mum) after a long hard fight she lost her battle with lung cancer. Mum was an inspiration to us all, how she battled through this really dark time and remained strong and determined she is unbelievable and I am so proud to call her my Mum and if I am 1% as strong as my Mum I will be ok.

This is a really difficult time for us as a family and the loss of Mum has spread heartbreak in us all.

I would like to raise some money for others that are facing these difficult times in memory of my Mum as she would love that she can help others, she was forever helping others in any way she could and loved to buy gifts for people, be an ear and offer sincere support to everyone that knew her.

I would also like to thank the staff that supported my Mum and helped her through her dark times by being there for her making her smile when she was having a bad day and being her friend when she needed it. All the nurses were really good and I would like to say thank you to each and every one of them for helping my Mum.

I will never forget my Mum she was a super woman and will continue to live on in our hearts forever.
