I am a personal trainer, life coach, nutrition coach and I have cerebral palsy. 

I grew up with the stigma of not being "normal".  I was relentlessly bullied as I struggled to walk like others. Now I am thrilled to be running my first triathlon!

After a lot of personal battles, a few wrong turns and some amazing mentors I am excited to join a few of my clients at the Donner Lake Triathlon.  My Tri-Team will be pushing itself to achieve, will be relentless in our pursuit and humbled by the mammoth challenge.

I am dedicating my run to all those that push and fight for the experience. Please join me in supporting the United Cerebral Palsy Foundation. Pursuing a life without limits for people with disabilities.
