Hey Y'all!

My name is Airis.

As a proud St. Louis native and lifelong Cardinals fan, I’d like to give a special shout-out to the legendary Mr. Ozzie Smith! I didn’t have the honor of knowing him personally, but I did attend 7th - 9th grade with his son — which was pretty awesome for a Cardinals fan like me.

It brings me tears of joy and sadness, as I begin to share my story with all of you and the rest of the world.

For the past ten years, I stayed in a relationship that was emotionally, mentally, and at times, physically abusive.

I lost control over my own life, and over time, my dignity, my self-respect, my self worth, my confidence, my peace of mind, my independence, and my sense of safety were all stripped away and destroyed.

For every single person who is suffering right now, from any type of abuse, my heart and prayers are with you. I'm so, so sorry.

And to ALL of you survivors, you understand my pain and my struggle. You know the courage and the strength that it takes to keep going.

It's YOUR resilience and perseverance that gave me the courage and strength to leave. Thank you.

I take full accountability for the moments I allowed myself to be controlled. I owe everyone a heartfelt apology; myself, my children, and my family. I'm so, so sorry.

About 1 month ago, I made the courageous and very bold decision to leave that destructive, oppressive, degrading, and toxic situation and atmosphere.

I am completely starting over, with absolutely nothing. I have no car, no house of my own, no furniture, no clothing, and no financial stability or security.

I may not have anything tangible right now, but I do have my life, I do have peace of mind, and I do have my sanity.

Above all, I have Jesus Christ. And for that, I am so grateful.

Through it all, my faith in Jesus Christ has given me the strength to begin rebuilding my life.

With this new beginning and fresh start, I am not turning away any opportunities or help. I have a plan to build a thriving and successful residential and commercial cleaning company that serves both, St. Louis City & St. Louis County.

My newly registered cleaning company is built on trust, reliability, respect, experience, and excellence. (1 month old)

I’ve always found peace in cleaning — in transforming the chaos of a messy room, kitchen, or bathroom into a gentle calmness. There’s something deeply satisfying about restoring harmony to a child’s playroom or bringing peace back into a busy family’s home when life keeps them too occupied to clean. Helping people feel at home again brings me joy and purpose.

Now, I want to turn my lifelong skills and abilities into what will give me freedom and independence.
